App Performance Issues

Troubleshooting crashes, slow performance, and general app issues.

App Is Running Slowly

  1. Force-close and reopen the app. This clears temporary data that may be slowing things down.

  2. Check your internet connection. A slow or unstable connection can affect leaderboard loading and data sync.

  3. Update to the latest version. We regularly release performance improvements. Check the App Store for updates.

  4. Restart your iPhone. A restart clears system-level caches that might be affecting performance.

App Crashes on Launch

  1. Update the app. Make sure you're on the latest version from the App Store.

  2. Restart your iPhone.

  3. Delete and reinstall the app. This resets local data. Your account, competitions, friends, and achievements are stored on our servers and will be restored when you sign back in.

A Specific Screen Is Not Loading

If a particular screen (leaderboard, activity feed, profile, etc.) isn't loading:

  1. Try navigating away and back to the screen.

  2. Pull down to refresh.

  3. Force-close and reopen the app.

  4. Check your internet connection.

If the issue persists, it may be a temporary server issue. Try again in a few minutes and contact support if the problem continues.
