Subscription and Payment Issues

Troubleshooting subscription access and billing problems.

I Subscribed but Features Are Still Locked

It can take a moment for your subscription to activate after purchase. Try these steps:

  1. Force-close and reopen MoveTogether. This triggers a subscription status check.

  2. Wait 1–2 minutes. Sometimes there's a brief delay between the App Store confirming your purchase and the app recognizing it.

  3. Check your subscription status. Go to Settings → Subscription and verify your plan shows as active.

  4. Restore purchases. In Settings → Subscription, look for a Restore Purchases button and tap it.

  5. Check with Apple. Open iPhone Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions to verify the MoveTogether subscription is active.

If you've confirmed the subscription is active on Apple's side but features are still locked, contact our support team.

I Was Charged but Don't See My Subscription

  1. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID used to make the purchase.

  2. Try the Restore Purchases button in Settings → Subscription.

  3. If the issue persists, contact Apple support at reportaproblem.apple.com for billing assistance, and contact our support team to verify your account status.

My Prize Pool Payment Failed

If your prize pool payment didn't go through:

  1. Check that your payment method (Apple Pay or credit/debit card) has sufficient funds.

  2. Make sure your card is not expired.

  3. Try a different payment method.

  4. If using Apple Pay, make sure your iPhone's Wallet app has a valid card.

Prize pool payments are processed by Stripe. If the issue persists, contact our support team.
