How to Report a User or Content
If you encounter behavior or content that violates our Community Guidelines, you can report it directly in the app.
Reporting a user's profile:
Tap the user's profile photo or name to open their profile.
Tap the more options menu (three dots) in the top right.
Select Report.
Choose the reason for your report (harassment, inappropriate content, cheating, spam, etc.).
Add any additional details that would help our team investigate.
Tap Submit.
Reporting a message in group chat:
Tap and hold the specific message you want to report.
Select Report Message.
Choose the reason and add any details.
Tap Submit.
Reporting a profile photo:
Tap the user's profile to view it.
Tap the more options menu (three dots).
Select Report.
Choose Inappropriate profile photo as the reason.
Tap Submit.
You can also email reports directly to [email protected] if you prefer. Include the username of the person you're reporting and a description of the issue.
What Happens After You Report
All reports are reviewed by our moderation team. Here's what to expect:
Your report is confidential — the other user will not be told who reported them.
Our team reviews the reported content alongside any AI moderation flags on that user's account.
If a violation is confirmed, the appropriate enforcement action is taken (content removal, warning, suspension, or ban).
You won't receive a detailed update on the outcome for privacy reasons, but action will be taken if the report is valid.
How to Block a User
If you want to prevent someone from interacting with you entirely, you can block them:
Tap the user's profile photo or name to open their profile.
Tap the more options menu (three dots).
Select Block User.
Confirm your choice.
What Blocking Does
When you block someone:
They cannot send you friend requests.
They cannot invite you to competitions.
They cannot see your profile, activity, or any of your content.
They cannot message you in any chat.
They will not appear in your activity feed, leaderboards, or search results.
If you're both in the same competition, their content will be hidden from your view.
Blocking is immediate, and the other user is not notified that you blocked them.
Managing Blocked Users
To view or unblock users:
Go to Settings → Privacy → Blocked Users.
You'll see a list of all users you've blocked.
Tap Unblock next to any user to restore their ability to interact with you.
Unblocking someone does not automatically re-add them as a friend — they would need to send a new friend request.
Blocking vs. Reporting
Blocking is a personal tool — it prevents a specific user from interacting with you. It doesn't alert our team or result in any action on their account.
Reporting notifies our moderation team so they can investigate and take action if the user is violating Community Guidelines. Reporting helps protect the entire community, not just you.
For the best outcome, we recommend doing both: block the user to protect yourself immediately, and report them so our team can address the behavior for everyone.
