Billing Questions and Refunds

Common billing questions, how charges work, and how to request a refund.

How Billing Works

MoveTogether subscriptions are processed entirely through the Apple App Store. When you subscribe:

  • Your payment method on file with Apple is charged.

  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date.

  • Apple handles all payment processing — MoveTogether does not see or store your payment information.

Where to Find Your Receipts

Apple sends email receipts for all App Store purchases. You can also view your purchase history:

  1. Open the Settings app on your iPhone.

  2. Tap your name at the top (Apple ID).

  3. Tap Subscriptions to see active subscriptions and billing dates.

  4. Tap Purchase History to see past charges.

Refund Policy

Subscription payments are non-refundable as stated in our Terms and Conditions. This includes all subscription charges and renewal fees.

If you no longer want to be charged, you can cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future renewals. See our Managing Your Subscription article for steps.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you'll continue to have access to paid features until then.

Common Questions

Will I be charged immediately when I subscribe? Yes. Your first payment is charged when you confirm your subscription in the App Store.

What happens if my payment fails? Apple will attempt to charge your payment method again. If the charge continues to fail, your subscription may be paused or canceled by Apple. You'll receive a notification from Apple if there's a billing issue.

Can I share my subscription with family? MoveTogether does not currently support Family Sharing. Each person needs their own subscription.

Do I lose my data if I downgrade? No. Your competition history, achievements, friends list, and all other data are preserved. You'll just lose access to premium features until you resubscribe.
