How to keep your MoveTogether account secure.

Signing In

MoveTogether supports two sign-in methods:

  • Sign in with Apple β€” Uses your Apple ID for secure, passwordless authentication. Apple can also hide your email for additional privacy.

  • Email and password β€” Traditional email/password sign-in.

Keeping Your Account Secure

  • Use Sign in with Apple when possible. It's the most secure option since it uses your device's biometric authentication (Face ID or Touch ID).

  • Use a strong, unique password if you sign in with email. Avoid reusing passwords from other services.

  • Don't share your account credentials with anyone else.

  • Don't share sensitive information in the Coach Spark chat or competition group chats (passwords, payment details, etc.).

Signing Out

To sign out of MoveTogether:

  1. Go to Settings.

  2. Scroll down and tap Sign Out.

Switching Devices

MoveTogether works on one device at a time. To switch to a new iPhone:

  1. Download MoveTogether on your new device.

  2. Sign in with the same account.

  3. Reconnect your fitness tracker in Settings β†’ Connected Devices.

Your competition history, achievements, friends, and all other data sync automatically.

If You Think Your Account Has Been Compromised

If you suspect unauthorized access to your account:

  1. Sign out of MoveTogether immediately.

  2. If you use email sign-in, change your password.

  3. If you use Sign in with Apple, review your Apple ID security settings.

  4. Contact our support team at [email protected] to report the issue.
