Not Receiving Any Notifications
Step 1: Check iOS notification settings.
Open the Settings app on your iPhone.
Scroll down and tap MoveTogether.
Tap Notifications.
Make sure Allow Notifications is turned on.
Ensure the alert styles you want are enabled (Lock Screen, Notification Center, Banners).
Step 2: Check in-app notification settings.
Open MoveTogether and go to Settings → Notifications.
Make sure the notification categories you want are toggled on.
Step 3: Check Focus mode. If you use Focus mode (Do Not Disturb, Work, Sleep, etc.), MoveTogether notifications may be silenced. Check your Focus settings to make sure MoveTogether is allowed through.
Step 4: Check battery optimization. Low Power Mode on iPhone can delay background activity and push notifications. If you're in Low Power Mode, notifications may be delayed.
Getting Too Many Notifications
Go to Settings → Notifications in MoveTogether.
Turn off the categories you don't want. For example, if you're getting too many friend activity notifications, toggle off specific activity types under Friend Activity.
Notification Sounds
MoveTogether uses your iPhone's default notification sound. You can customize this in iPhone Settings → MoveTogether → Notifications → Sounds.
